$17/ hour - up to 25 hours per week
2-3 events per week (changes weekly)
Mostly Wednesdays & weekends, however, some events are on outlying days of the week.

WHAT WILL I DO?

Complete Summer work program orientation online
Assist in production of Leiki apparel
Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Inspect merch for defects before packing.
Carefully pack merchandise for shipment.
Generate shipping labels and invoices, ensuring compliance.
Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers for on-time shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and notify when supplies are low.
Keep customers informed about order status and shipping updates.
Assist in processing returns and exchanges efficiently.
Embody immaculate vibes at all times & be a positive, contributing team member

WHAT WILL I DO?

Complete Summer work program orientation
Bring and use your own unique creative talents to own one or more creative areas. The following are some examples:
- Style apparel for content and photo shoots
- Curate and create content on Instagram & Tik Tok
- Attend our Summer events and shoot photos and videos for content
- Brainstorm and develop design concepts for new clothing lines, researching trends and creating mood boards.
- Assist in producing digital mockups for presentations and production guidance.
- Assist in creating graphics and artwork for clothing designs, including prints and logos.
- Stay current on fashion trends and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and maintain brand relevance.
- Embody immaculate vibes & be a positive, contributing team member.

THIS ROLE IS BEST FOR SOMEONE WHO:

LOVES the beach and/or surfing
Is a solid right-brained creative
Has knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, etc. (Not required)
Is interested in content creation, fashion design, or fashion styling.
Loves design
Is reliable and committed
Values freedom and can produce results with little oversight

Assist in planning organizing, and managing events.
Coordinate interns: paperwork, hours, shifts, and schedules.
Research & Data Entry
Assist with planning and organizing of surf contest
Assist with planning and organizing of photo shoot and look book for 2025 line
Monitor email & slack
Various administrative tasks
Embody immaculate vibes & be a positive, contributing team member.

Remotely- literally wherever you want
Office space available in Ocean City

Monday - Friday 9am-1pm

WHAT WILL I DO?

Complete Summer work program orientation
Establish and maintain relationships with beach patrols and surf shop buyers to promote our brand and Summer 2025 product line.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand the latest trends in surfwear.
Prepare and present product pitches, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our surfwear.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop materials for sales presentations and promotional events.
Assist in organizing and attending surfing events, pop ups, and other promotional activities.
Handle wholesale/ beach patrol customer inquiries and provide detailed product information to potential clients.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for the sales team.
Embody immaculate vibes & be a positive, contributing team member.
